Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

This website is operated by Pulkit Mukesh Khanna. RERO Healthcare Pvt Ltd. (“RERO”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is committed to providing a seamless experience. This policy outlines return, refund, and cancellation durations and modes for RERO services.
1. Cancellation Policy (Duration)
- Consultations: You can cancel or reschedule a consultation up to 4 hours before the scheduled slot for a full refund.
- Diagnostic Tests: You can cancel a test booking at any time before the sample collection technician has been dispatched.
- Program Subscription: You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no services (blood test or doctor consultation) have been initiated.
2. Return Policy
Because RERO provides digital health coaching, telemedicine consultations, and personalized clinical programs, physical returns are generally not applicable. In cases where your program includes a physical device (e.g., scales or monitoring devices) and it is received in a damaged or defective condition, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refund Eligibility & Mode
Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If RERO or its partners cancel a service due to operational reasons.
- Partial Refund: If you have already consumed a part of a program (e.g., blood test completed but doctor consultation not yet done).
- No Refund: Once a diagnostic test sample has been collected and sent to the lab, or once a medical consultation has been concluded.
4. Refund Process (Duration)
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) through our payment gateway, Cashfree.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a cancellation or refund, email us at contact@rerohealth.com with your order ID and the reason for cancellation.
