1. Diagnostic Sample Collection

For blood tests and other diagnostic services booked through RERO:

• Booking: You can choose a preferred slot during checkout.
• Collection: A technician will visit your provided address within the chosen time slot.
• Service Area: Currently limited to Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi.

2. Delivery of Reports

• Digital reports are typically delivered via the RERO platform or registered email within 24 to 48 hours after sample collection.
• In rare cases (e.g., specialized tests), delivery may take up to 72 hours.

3. Physical Deliveries (Kits/Devices)

If your program includes a physical kit or device:

• Timeline: Items are dispatched within 48 hours of your program enrollment.
• Delivery Time: Usually 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

4. Delays

While we strive for punctuality, delivery may be delayed due to logistics failures, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions. We will keep you notified via WhatsApp/Email.
